Booking Procedure and Protocol

CLUB MED ground arrangements and all-inclusive accommodation package:-

Choose and request the required room type.

• Twin/double rooms- all superior balcony rooms
• Single rooms - all superior balcony rooms
• NEW TOP SUITES- Exclusive Collection Space Family Suite with balcony and view (for single occupancy)

Once requested Apex Travel will confirm immediately if available.

CLUB MED transfers from Geneva airport (GVA)

Choose and request the transfer type required

1) Group Geneva airport transfers - transfers will depart from Geneva at 11am, and return home to be advised once flights are confirmed, to conveniently cater for all.

2) Alternative pre-arranged bespoke transfers, can be arranged, please apply for a quote.

3) Self drive or no transfers required.

FLIGHTS…to be booked and paid for individually by all guests themselves.

You then have the ability to book and manage your own hold bags, ski carriage, extra leg seats or whatever you please.

Please do not book your flights until Apex Travel have confirmed your accommodation/transfer package.

Please also provide flight details to Apex Travel once confirmed by yourselves.
